When I first finished this ink sketch a little over a couple of decades ago, I left the room where my drafting table was to juggle one or two of my four children for a few minutes and when I came back to the drawing board shortly thereafter, I discovered that one of the little munchkins had decided and tried to help me with my work. There were some little grassy lines added to the bottom front and sort of center. I was a little exasperated at first but I soon recovered myself and simply blended my grasses in with my toddler’s. Voila. No real and lasting harm done. And I’m not certain but, perhaps the work looked even better after all was done and done.
