I love that they all got out of Mildred’s house! Mother Jones is a woman that I would like to emulate. I love how the younger sisters are acting like adult sisters and not self-absorbed siblings anymore. It’s wonderful how Fionna finally is learning to look out for herself, even though it may have been done for Victoria’s sake. I can hardly wait for the next chapter!!

I find this book so captivating because I can never guess what’s going to happen, unlike so many formula novels. Thanks for a great read!

I continue to enjoy each chapter. You have captured the era and your writing, as usual, is wonderful. I, too, am so glad that everyone was able to leave Mildred! Keep going! LINDA

My heart ached for Fiona and Victoria in their inhumane living conditions… and inspite of that how they really were a shining example (in their teaching)of the values that remain a great need in our current educational system.

Agreeing with both Barb and Linda’s comments above; your characters truly are inspirational and your story captivating! LOVE!
